Hello there hoomans, I'm Braxton. The nice people in the shelter say what a cute friendly guy I am, and I think they are right! I just want them to open the door, and playyyyy with me. At about three years old, I am one sophisticated dude. One thing you should know about me, is that my new years resolution list to lose some weight (about 5 lbs.) as I am a bit chunkier than I should be. Whoever adopts me will need to commit to helping keep this resolution by taking me on a lot of walks, even when I refuse. Apart from getting a new home in 2018, going on more walks and eating better are on top of my list! Maybe we could become friends, and help each other stick to our resolutions. 

Like most shelter dogs, Braxton may need a refresher on housetraining. He is likely crate trained.

Update from Foster:

Braxton is a SWEETIE! He is so well behaved, seems mostly house trained, and loves to place fetch. He was running around and playing so cute with our chi. Braxton loves to chase and tackle you with lots of kisses. He definitely not lazy, and it shouldn't be too hard to get him to lose the extra pounds.
